To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
- Refunds or repalcement product are processed as soon as the product returns to us and is inspected..
- Defective or wrong shipped item can be returned for no shipping.
- HLost packages will be repalced at no charge
